Terms of Service

By creating a Dune Sale account, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, are not currently the subject of any regulatory action or judgment restricting your participation in affiliate marketing, and reside in a jurisdiction where such participation is lawful. If any of the foregoing is inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund of any accrued balance.

Each natural or legal person may hold only one active partner account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current, including your legal name, tax identification, and contact details. You may not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to operate your account on your behalf without our prior written consent.

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe to be operated in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or otherwise causing material harm to Dune Sale or its brand partners. Balances in suspended accounts may be forfeited to offset losses.

Commission amounts are set per brand and displayed within your partner dashboard prior to promotion. Dune Sale receives commissions from brands under separate contract; we pay you an agreed portion after deducting our disclosed spread and a five percent (5%) platform processing fee. Commissions only vest once the underlying brand has settled payment to Dune Sale and any hold period has elapsed. Prior to vesting, entries in the “Pending” or “Approved” buckets represent expectation, not entitlement.

Conversions may be reversed by the underlying brand for reasons including but not limited to refunds, chargebacks, fraud detection, or non-target traffic. Reversals occurring before the corresponding funds have been withdrawn will be automatically deducted from the appropriate balance bucket. Reversals occurring after withdrawal may be recouped by (a) offsetting future confirmed conversions, (b) direct invoice to you at our discretion, or (c) legal action for material sums. Amounts below fifty US dollars (US$50) are typically absorbed by Dune Sale at our sole discretion.

You retain all right, title, and interest in any content, creative materials, or intellectual property you create in the course of promoting Dune Sale brands. Dune Sale retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, brand marks, tracking technology, and aggregate data. You grant Dune Sale a limited, non-exclusive license to display your traffic-source information within the partner directory and to attribute conversions to your account. No party grants any other license by implication.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice. Upon termination, we will process any Available balance above the payout minimum within thirty (30) days, net of any outstanding chargebacks, fees, or amounts we reasonably believe may be reversed. Balances below the payout minimum are forfeit thirty (30) days after termination.

The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication with Dune Sale support before initiating any formal proceeding. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, seated in London, England, in the English language, before a single arbitrator. You waive any right to participate in a class action against Dune Sale.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 07, the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
